Return Policy

At Hafeezullah Jewellers, we value your trust and satisfaction. We carefully inspect each product before delivery to ensure the highest standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy provides clear guidance.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags, certificates, and invoice.

  • Customised or personalised jewellery (e.g., engraved pieces, name pendants, special orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items altered or repaired by third parties are not eligible.

2. Process for Returns

  1. Request: Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Approval: Our team will confirm whether your return/exchange request is eligible.

  3. Return: Ship the item back using a secure, trackable courier service (customer bears shipping costs unless it is our error).

  4. Inspection: Our quality assurance team inspects the returned product.

  5. Resolution: Eligible items may be exchanged, or refunded through the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report it within 48 hours with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Gold Buy-Back / Exchange (if applicable)

  • For solid gold items, a buy-back or exchange may be offered at the current market rate minus making/wastage charges.

  • Original invoice and certificates are required.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, payment gateway fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
